After discussing your needs with you, we’ll plan training and support that meets your specific requirements.
Our personalised support services include professional development sessions, consulting, educator visits, policy writing and reviews, quality improvement plan support, mock assessment and rating visits, and family day care support, plus sessions tailored specifically for families.

Professional Development Sessions.
Each session takes 1-2 hours and can cover multiple Quality Areas, including:
Supporting Children's Behaviour (QA5)
Programming and Planning (QA1)

Creating Inspiring Play Spaces (QA3)

Pricing: $470 per session.
The fee includes a Certificate of Participation for each attendee. Longer sessions can be quoted on request.

Consulting.
We will come to you for consulting services including:
On-floor mentoring
QIP support meetings
1-on-1 educator mentoring
Leadership mentoring
Staff meeting support
Specific support for service directors
Pricing: $80 per hour in person, or $40 per hour for phone support.
Educator Visits.
Specifically for Family Day Care, we can support your coordination unit with support and supervision visits to your educators.
We will offer your educators encouragement and ideas for their service, and write a comprehensive visit report for the educator and coordination unit.
We’re also happy to visit educators and assist with assessments if they are studying Certificate lll or Diploma.
Pricing: $100 per visit in the Perth metro area. Regional and interstate visits can be quoted on request.
Policy Writing and Reviews.
No time for the required annual policy review? Ask us to do it for you!
We will ensure your policies are up to date with the NQF, and are relevant to your part of the sector.
Pricing: $70 per hour.
Quality Improvement Plan Support.
We can help you to identify your service strengths and areas to improve.
We can also help you write your QIP.
Pricing: $70 per hour.
Mock Assessment and Rating Visits.
Are you unsure where your service is tracking in relation to an Assessment and Rating visit?
We will spend two days in your service observing practices and reviewing all evidence.
We will then write a full report for you and share our recommendations for improvement.
Pricing: $2,000 with full report included.
Family Day Care Support.
Our family operated a successful Family Day Care for over 16 years, and we have support and training for your whole service. Our flexible working hours also mean we can come to you at a time that works for you - even on a Saturday!
We can support you with Educator visits, policy writing, Professional Development, QIP support, Assessment and Rating preparation... essentially anything you need to be a successful service. Professional Development topics include:

For Families.
We also offer specific sessions created to support families. These sessions are usually booked and paid for by the Education and Care Service, with families invited to attend. This is a great way for services to connect with and support their families. These sessions run for 1.5-2 hours and include:
Supporting Children's Behaviour: Raising children is HARD! We have some tried and tested strategies and suggestions for helping your children grow and develop in the area of behaviour and self-regulation.
Supporting Toilet Learning: We can support you with developmental knowledge and proven strategies for supporting your child with learning around using the toilet and personal hygiene.
Pricing: $395 per session.
